The process of shortlisting candidates for UKPSC Lower PCS 2024 services has been started with the release of UKPSC Notification 2024. 

The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) conducts the examination to recruit candidates for various posts in the state government of Uttarakhand, India. There will be 3 stages for the selection process- Prelims, Mains, and Interview.

Stage I- Lower PCS Prelims 2024:

The Prelims exam is the first stage of the Lower PCS 2024 selection process. It consists of one paper: General Studies and General Aptitude Test. It will be Objective in nature.

Stage II- Main Examinations:

Written Examinations in various subjects and topics, which will be Descriptive.

Stage III- Personality Test or Interview:

The candidates who clear the main exams will be called for a Personal Interview. Interviews are conducted to assess the candidate’s personality, communication skills, leadership qualities, and general suitability for an administrative role.
