Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Inspiration Study Circle, we strive to offer the best learning experience for our students. We understand that situations may arise where cancellations or refunds are necessary. Please read our policy below for clarity:

1. Cancellation of Enrollment

• By the Student:
  If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment in any of our coaching programs or services, they must notify us in writing via email at inspirationstudycircle@gmail.com at least  10 days before the start of the course.

  • Cancellations made before 1 days prior to the start of the course will be eligible for a full refund (minus any administrative or processing fees, if applicable).
  • If the cancellation is made after the course start date or within [Insert Number] days of the course start date, no refund will be provided.

• By Inspiration Study Circle:
  Inspiration Study Circle reserves the right to cancel any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will receive a full refund or have the option to transfer their enrollment to another course or batch.

2. Refund Policy

• Non-Refundable Fees:
  Registration fees, application fees, or any one-time administrative fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Course Fees:
  Refunds for course fees will be granted only if the cancellation is made according to the timeline mentioned above. Any refund will be processed within 30 business days of the cancellation request.

• Refund Process:
  If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment (credit card, bank transfer, etc.). Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. No Refund for Partial Attendance

Once a student has started attending a course, no refund will be provided, even if they choose not to complete the course or miss classes for any reason.

4. Course Material

No refunds will be issued for any downloadable or physical course materials once they have been accessed or delivered.

5. Force Majeure

In cases of events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), no refunds will be provided. However, Inspiration Study Circle will offer the option to reschedule the course or transfer enrollment to a different batch at no additional cost.
