INSPIRATION STUDY CIRCLE (ISC)'S TERMS and CONDITIONS

1. Every candidate will be allowed 3 days DEMO classes & after that he/she has to pay the fee.
2. Maximum 4 installments would be allowed for fee payment & each would be paid exactly after a gap of 1 month successively. [1 week grace period is allowed]
3. If any candidate fails to deposit the installment on time [with in 1 week of said period] He/She would be charged Rs. 500/= as extra fine additional with the sum of the installment.
4. Fee is Non Transferrable.
5. * FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IN ANYCASE AFTER TAKING THE 'DEMO' CLASS OF 3 DAYS*
6. Candidates joining the Correspondence Courses or Test Series (Pre/Mains) have to deposit the required sum in total i.e. No installments are allowed in the above said courses.
7. Print material once given would be given 2nd time only on payment of suitable charges.
8. Once a candidate joins the institute, the institute reserve the right to publish his/her photograph & Name in the advertisement after that candidates qualifies any exam.
9. Class & Printed notes are the sole property of Institute & only candidate who joins the institute is entitled to go through them. Candidates should not proliferate the Class & Printed notes to any other person; if any breach is there then the legal action could be initiated against that particular candidate.
10. All disputes related to the institute would be subject to Dehradun Jurisdiction only.
